Management Team
Introduction
The Group Chief Executive and Deputy Group Chief Executive comprise the Group Management Team, which meets fortnightly to plan, organise, direct and review operations. The Management Team meets monthly with the Group Chairs (Pennaf, Clwyd Alyn and Tŷ Glas) to up-date them and discuss pertinent current issues. Salient issues are included in the Pennaf Housing Group News, which is a newsletter circulated to all staff and Board Members, and such issues are also discussed at staff Team Briefing meetings. In addition, the Management Team meets with functional Directors to discuss operational management issues and review business objectives.

Graham Worthington BSc (Hons), FCIH
Group Chief Executive
Graham has been employed in Housing for over 30 years and has a strong personal commitment to the provision of Social Housing to meet different needs. During his career Graham has been involved in all aspects of Housing and has worked in both England and Wales. Graham has served on numerous Management Boards for different organisations during his career and has been involved in the development of a variety of different new initiatives to meet different housing needs.
Trevor Henderson, BCom, MA (Strategic Financial Management), FCIS, FCMA
Deputy Group Chief Executive
Previously Finance Director of the relief and development charity Concern Universal, where he also worked with partner agencies advising on Finance, Information Systems and Governance matters. Prior to this Trevor gained experience in a large diverse RSL as Assistant Finance Director of Hyde HA. Other roles include both finance and audit in the public sector, as well as product support in the Heavy Engineering industry. Trevor has just completed 6 years as a representative on the Community Housing Cymru National Council and was Secretary of the North Wales Music Fesitval for 5 years until October 2007.
