What we believe

Our staff believe that no matter what a resident's background is, each resident is capable of learning and developing new skills that will help them to achieve their full potential.   All our staff ensure that each resident we support will achieve something that makes a difference to their lives.

What we do

We deliver resident involvement activities that put our residents at the heart of everything we do whilst also enabling them to develop basic skills.   Through our nationally recognised Opening Doors – Enhancing Lives Training Programme we equip all our residents with the skills they need to achieve their goals and aspirations.    But that`s not all we do, our residents also have the opportunity to gain real life work experience via our social enterprises and can also secure long term housing via our move on accommodation and general needs housing.

What difference can we make?

Our staff can make a difference to a resident who is lost and life weary by equipping them with life skills, helping them to gain valuable work experience, accessing move on accommodation and using the links we have with our supported housing partnerships access holistic outreach services.
