A social housing provider which manages over 6,000 homes across north and mid Wales has re-structured the company to ensure it can lead the way in providing more homes, tackling poverty, remaining closely connected with customers and bringing hope to local communities across the region.

A leading construction firm has teamed up with a local housing association to play Santa and treat residents across Flintshire.

New tenants at the Hafan Gwydir extra care housing scheme in Llanrwst have ‘gone back to school’ in style this week as they moved in to new apartments created as part of the transformation of the Old Grammar School buildings.

Local residents and volunteers who help out in the community were treated to a Christmas lunch and party at the Tesco store in Mold last week.
