Stock Condition Survey's & Inspections
To ensure our homes are to an acceptable standard and homes people want to live in we undertake a Stock Condition Survey on a five-yearly basis assessing the condition of all major elements.
Last year the Asset Management Team completed 1067 Stock Condition Surveys, our target for 2017 is to complete 1000 surveys. Ensuring we have reliable up-to-date data available on our internal system.
