The Board & Executive Team

Responsibility for the management of ClwydAlyn rests with the Board of Management who have a wealth of skills and experience gained over many years, and offer their services and expertise on a voluntary basis.

The Board comprises nine Board Members: five appointed by ClwydAlyn, two independent Board Members and two resident representatives who are appointed by Residents.

The Board meets bi-monthly, there are also a range of Advisory and House Committees that monitor the management of specific projects and report to the Board on their activities, e.g. Residential Home Advisory Committees, Hostel Committees, Foyer Committees and Scrutiny Committee.

Membership is open to the public subject to meeting certain criterion and approval by the Board of Management. The day to day running of ClwydAlyn is the responsibility of the Management Team, supported by the Executive Team
