Quality Housing with friendly support

Bodhyfryd is a 5 bed Project in Holywell for single homeless men and women who are aged between 16 and 20. Bodhyfryd provides high quality single room accommodation with 24 hour staff support in safe and secure premises and the opportunity to break free from a homeless lifestyle.

 

How do we help you?

The type of support provided will vary according to your specific needs. Here are some examples of the types of support we provide:

• 24 hour support, 365 days of the year

• Dedicated Support Worker

• Welfare Benefits advice

• Money management

• Advice on healthcare, e.g. Doctor, Dentist

• Drug and Alcohol advice and referral

• Structured move on plan and portfolio

• Access to employment and training

• Access to work experience and work placement opportunities via our social enterprise

• Range of activities to help you get involved and learn new life skills.

 

Assessing your Support Needs

On your first visit to Bodhyfryd, we will meet with you to assess your needs and risk. This is so we can find out if we can meet all your needs. Occasionally, we will not be able to accommodate some people, if this is the case we will explain our reasons and will do our best to help you find more suitable accommodation.

Throughout your stay at Bodhyfryd our staff will help you to work through an Individual Support Plan, which will help you achieve your goals and aspirations.

 

To apply to live at Bodhyfryd

You can apply to live at Bodhyfryd by contacting Flintshire County Council’s Homeless and Housing Options Team on 01352 703815 and they will make a referral on your behalf.

Alternatively, Bodhyfryd also accepts self referrals, you may contact the Project direct on 01352 712218.
