Wrexham Foyer is a 18 bed project in the centre of Wrexham for single homeless men and women who are aged between 16 and 25. The Wrexham Foyer provides high quality single room accommodation as well as communal facilities such as a Resident lounge, kitchen, dining room, computer room and a garden. We provide 24 hour staff support in safe and secure premises and the opportunity to break free from a homeless lifestyle.

• Advice on healthcare, e.g. Doctor, Dentist
• Drug and Alcohol advice and referral
• Structured move on plan and portfolio
• Access to employment and training
• Access to work experience and work placement opportunities via our social enterprise
• Range of activities to help you get involved and learn new life skills.
Assessing your Support Needs
On your first visit to Wrexham Foyer, we will meet with you to assess your needs and risk. This is so we can find out if we can meet all your needs. Occasionally we will not be able to accommodate some people and if this is the case we will explain our reasons and will do our best to help you find more suitable accommodation.
Throughout your stay at Wrexham Foyer our staff will help you to work through an Individual Support Plan, which will help you achieve your goals and aspirations.
