How to Get Involved
You can get involved by helping us to: improve our services and/or through enhancing the communities where you live. There are lots of different ways for you to get involved:
- Join or set up a Resident Group: which help bring communities closer together
- Attend our annual Resident Conference: which provides advice and information on important subjects
- Join a Service Panel or attend a Focus or Task and Finish Group: to have a say in the services that matter to you
- Help plan or attend one of the many community events and activities we organise: in order to help meet local needs
- Become a ‘Quality Partner’: these are residents that volunteer to inspect our services
- Apply to join our Service Improvement Committee or Board of Management: to have an active say in shaping our policies and procedures at the strategic level
- Take part in ‘Self Assessment’ working groups: to check whether we are making a real difference to our residents and local communities
- Become a share holding member of Clwyd Alyn: so you can then attend our Annual General Meeting and have a say in how the organisation is run
- Check out our website, Facebook and/or follow us on Twitter: so you can keep up to date with what is going on in your local community
Please take a look at our Community Development Portfolio for examples of projects we have run with local residents recently, which have made a real difference in the communities where we operate.
