Direct Debit

You can pay your rent by direct debit from your bank/building society or post office account  Direct debits can be set on any day of the month.

Housing Benefit Direct

This can be paid directly to us by the Housing Benefit Department if you request this. Residents who receive Universal Credit will receive a payment towards their housing cost (rent) as part of their Universal Credit entitlement, which will paid direct to the resident.  You will therefore, need to make payment arrangements for your rent.
