Tom Bishop

Resident Liaison Officer

I started working for PenAlyn 4 years ago in the Contact Centre. After 9 months of working in the contact centre I then progressed into my current role as Resident Liaison Officer for the planned team. I deal with a number of tasks but mainly focusing on planning and organising work for residents who are having kitchen or bathroom improvement works. I ensure that everything is prepared and that the residents are kept fully informed at all times, dealing with any queries that arise.

Outside of work I have just started my own family, so as you can imagine I always busy outside of work. When I do get a moment spare, after doing the washing, the ironing, walking the dog, washing the pots etc, I enjoy going for a round of golf at the local golf course.
