Primary Purpose & Core Principles

Our mission is 'together to beat poverty' - We want everyone in North Wales to have access to excellent quality housing, and we want to work with partners to address the causes and impacts of poverty. In turn helping to enrich our communities by giving support where it's needed, whether that’s helping people getting back into work, combatting social isolation or support or providing access to nutritious food.

Our values are:

Hope

Trust

Kindness

ClwydAlyn Housing Limited was formed in 1978 as a non-charitable Registered Social Landlord when a group of local people recognised the need for good quality affordable rented housing in the County of Clwyd and the District of Aberconwy and registered ClwydAlyn Housing Limited as a social landlord. Their determination and commitment sowed the seeds from which we have grown.
