How do I know when my home will actually be upgraded?
By July 2018, all homes will have a Home Improvement Plan (HIP) made available to you on the Residents Portal and copies can be requested. This will include all the estimated dates of improvement works to your home and is subject to the data we gather from our inspections.
Home Improvement Plan
The dates provided in your Home Improvement Plan are indicative only dates for your home. When these fall due we will organise with you to inspect your home for this element in more detail. The association will use this further inspection to determine the actual year of the improvement works. We will then send you an acknowledgement and raise necessary works orders. Either the association or our nominated contractor will make contact with to organise actual dates of works. Please note; the dates are not guaranteed and may be brought forward or pushed back depending on many factors.
