Residents’ Joy: Families Move into New Homes at Maes Deudraeth, Eryri
Residents were welcomed into their new homes at Maes Deudraeth in Penrhyndeudraeth last week. The properties, which include 41 timber-framed, energy-efficient houses and apartments, form part of the Gwynedd Affordable Housing Development Programme and have been developed by ClwydAlyn and Grŵp Cynefin.
New Independent Living Scheme Creating Local Job Opportunities
Welshpool’s brand-new independent living scheme for over 60s, Neuadd Maldwyn, is officially open, and new jobs have been created for eight staff at the venue.
