Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) before using the Web Site which is operated by ClwydAlyn Housing Limited a charitable Registered Society (registration – 22360R), whose registered office and head office is at 72 Ffordd William Morgan St Asaph Business Park St Asaph Denbighshire LL17 0JD (“ClwydAlyn “). ClwydAlyn’s VAT number is 771911423.

We are regulated by The Welsh Government and are required to comply with The Regulatory Framework for Housing Associations Registered in Wales.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
