Visitors to the iCAN Hub in Rhyl enjoyed a fantastic ‘Mindfulness Mosaic Session’ this week.
The event was organised by Jazmine, project worker at the iCAN Hub in Rhyl. She said: “The turn-out was brilliant and everyone who came got a lot from the experience.”
The ‘Mindfulness Mosaic Session’ coincided with Mental Health Awareness Week; a great time to consider how mindfulness can help us to manage our stress, emotions and negative thoughts.
Craft activities, like those organised by Jazmine and the team at iCAN Rhyl, provide a great opportunity for visitors to the Hub to ‘stay present’ and enjoy some calm, reflective moments.
