Residents have begun to move into their new homes, at ClwydAlyn’s £11 Million Maes Y Llan development at Rhuddlan Road, Bodelwyddan in Denbighshire.
Social homes provider, ClwydAlyn has handed the keys over for phase one of its new Maes Y Llan development in Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire. Residents moved into twenty-one new homes at the new Maes Y Llan Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire. The remaining 24 homes are scheduled be finished in the New Year. This development of is being built by K&C Construction the modern, lifetime homes have been developed as part of Denbighshire County Council’s Local Development Plan (LDP). The mixture of new properties in phase one comprises 17 two and three bedroomed homes as well as 16 one and two bedroomed apartments.
Homes Built Using Greener Technologies and Innovative Designs
To help residents tackle the rising costs of fuel and to minimise the damaging impact that less energy efficient homes can have on health, wellbeing, and the environment, all homes at Maes Y Llan are built using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and feature high levels of insulation, with air source heat pumps to provide heating and hot water. The homes also boast solar electricity panels and are positioned to maximise solar gain and natural daylight.
