Denbighshire-based provider of social homes ClwydAlyn has announced that three colleagues have been shortlisted for prestigious sector awards, which recognise their commitment, leadership, compassion and impact across housing and people services.
Five housing associations – Adra, Cartrefi Conwy, ClwydAlyn, Grŵp Cynefin and North Wales Housing have teamed up, to promote the importance of community and Welsh culture at this year’s Eisteddfod yr Urdd – which takes place 23-29 May at Anglesey Agricultural Showground.
National Supported Internship Day (NSID) is a nationwide celebration of supported internships in the UK. It was created and launched in 2023 by our employability partner, DFN Project SEARCH.

DFN Project SEARCH is a nationally recognised employability programme which supports young adults with learning differences to spend a year with a host workplace. Designed to help young people reach their full potential, and to give employers the opportunity to see it too, the programme is facilitated by a partnership between two charities, DFN and Hft. For interns, the aim is to build readiness for the workplace and nurture life skills like confidence and independence.
