Applying for Housing in Wrexham

To apply to Wrexham County is a bit different to other council areas.  ClwydAlyn still holds a waiting list for our general needs’ properties in the Wrexham County.  Our allocations are 50% nomination to the council waiting list and 50% nomination to our own waiting list.

We recommend that those wanting to live in the Wrexham County to apply for both the Wrexham list and to our ClwydAlyn list.

New applications to our Waiting List are currently closed. If you already have an application in with us, you will remain on our list and be contacted if you are shortlisted for a property. Applications will re-open in the next 2 months, please check back then.
