Deputy First Minister, Huw Irranca-Davies was welcomed to a development of new homes at Maes Deudraeth in Penrhyndeudraeth last week. The official visit to the properties in Penrhyndeudraeth marked the launch of Welsh Government’s Timber Industrial Strategy.
Residents who are set to move into a new independent living development in Welshpool, shared afternoon tea this week. The event offered members of the new community the opportunity to meet neighbours, discuss excitement about moving into a new home and pose any questions they had.
A group of children from a local primary school were invited to take part in a competition to come-up with a road name, for a development of homes, which will provide a firm foundation for 77 families in Llandudno.
