Alternatively, you can complete our online form. It is quick and easy to use and sends us an email containing all your details instantly. The online facility is monitored during our working hours, 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday.
The Customer Service Team can deal with the majority of other enquiries including:-
- Rent account enquiries and payments
- Enquiries about applications for rented accommodation/ transfer requests
- Reporting incidents of anti-social behaviour
- General enquiries
- Report a repair
If one of our Customer Service Advisors is unable to deal with your enquiry they will arrange for an appropriate officer to call you back within 5 working days.
