Five families are celebrating moving into new affordable homes developed by social landlord ClwydAlyn at Rhoslan, Anglesey.
Social homes provider ClwydAlyn has partnered with Transport for Wales on a new scheme to install cycle hangar units across several of its residential developments, helping residents to access secure, weather-proof storage for bicycles and other essential items.
Cabinet Secretary for Housing and Local Government Jayne Bryant met with ClwydAlyn’s Head of Development and Growth Penny Storr, to see first-hand how recent Welsh Government Social Housing Grants of over £30 million have shaped the much-needed development of 183 affordable homes in Flintshire.
ClwydAlyn has completed the development of five new homes in Rhoslan, Anglesey, funded by the Welsh Government’s Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme (TACP), which has been designed to deliver good quality, affordable and longer-term housing at pace, for families and individuals in need of homes across Wales.
