Under Clare’s leadership ClwydAlyn has developed priorities to; end homelessness, including Zero Evictions, ensure residents can live in warm homes and have access to good food. The nomination also recognised Clare’s many years of board member roles in the voluntary and public sectors.

Meanwhile, Sian Williams has been nominated in her role as Executive Director of People, Culture and Communications as ‘HR Director of the Year’ by the HRD Awards selectors. Sian is committed to leading the delivery of high-quality, value enabling services that support colleagues across the organisation to deliver on their mission and provide great services to residents.

Through his passion and commitment to inclusion, Paul has inspired meaningful change, sparked important conversations; ensuring and encouraging the support and understanding of neurodiverse colleagues to foster a genuine sense of belonging.

All three colleagues share a passion for the creation of lasting change and improving the lives of coworkers, residents and people living across North Wales. These nominations reflect the nominees’ values-based attitudes and their deep commitment to living and leading with ‘Trust, Hope and Kindness’.

“We are incredibly proud to see three of our colleagues recognised in this way. Everyday, each of them helps us to drive forward our mission to support people to live in safe warm homes.
