Many of us will experience mental health issues at some point in our lives.

Anxiety can be experienced in lots of different ways.

If your experiences meet certain criteria your doctor might diagnose you with a specific anxiety disorder.

Depression is a mental health problem that involves having a low mood or losing interest and enjoyment in things.

It can also cause a range of other changes to how you feel or behave.

The symptoms you experience may vary. How intense they are, how long they last, and how much they affect your daily life can also vary.

Online Counselling
People across Wales can access free online therapy without needing to go through their GP.

People aged 16 and over experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress can sign-up for a 12-week course of SilverCloud online therapy via their smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
