As the UK celebrates over 50 years of the Pride movement, as an organisation we’re proud to be supporting Pride Month. We’re celebrating diversity, inclusivity, individuality, respect and unity not just across ClwydAlyn, but across our communities.

As part of ClwydAlyn’s commitment, our staff Inclusion Network – who encourage and support  people to feel comfortable, and safe to be themselves – have been involving colleagues in celebrating each other’s differences.

We’ve also decorated our office in St Asaph with Pride decorations as we join in the celebrations, including proudly displaying the rainbow flag.

“I’m proud to be part of an organisation that supports the LGBTQ+ community and I’m delighted that we are taking part in Pride Month. This is a great opportunity to support our friends, colleagues and residents across the LGBTQ+ community. It’s also a great way to learn, have fun and celebrate our differences and diversity.

“At ClwydAlyn, we’re determined to provide an environment where everyone can be themselves, or bring their ‘authentic self to work’, helping us better engage with the diverse communities and stakeholders that we work with every day.”
