Storm Babet Severe Weather Warning – some ClwydAlyn services affected due to flooding

The Met Office has issued a weather warning for severe rain in many parts of Wales up until Saturday: Wales weather – Met Office.

Due to the extreme weather, we are having to cancel some appointments today.  If you have an appointment that is affected by the weather our maintenance and planning teams will be in touch to re-arrange with you.

Please be patient with our staff today, it might take our team a little longer to get to you, or to answer your enquiries. We are reallocating support to the worst affected areas.

If you live in a flood risk area, please make sure you are signed up to flood alerts and keep up to date with the weather.  We are aware some areas have already been flooded and our staff are in those areas supporting the residents affected.
