For the first time in many years, Llandudno Town Centre will benefit from much-needed, new affordable housing. ClwydAlyn’s new development has been built to address the shortage of affordable homes available to local residents; with handover of the 77 new homes due to start in late June.
Five families are celebrating moving into new affordable homes developed by social landlord ClwydAlyn at Rhoslan, Anglesey.
Cabinet Secretary for Housing and Local Government Jayne Bryant met with ClwydAlyn’s Head of Development and Growth Penny Storr, to see first-hand how recent Welsh Government Social Housing Grants of over £30 million have shaped the much-needed development of 183 affordable homes in Flintshire.
A group of children from a local primary school were invited to take part in a competition to come-up with a road name, for a development of homes, which will provide a firm foundation for 77 families in Llandudno.
